Conversations Over Catnip is a short story depicting a conversation between two cats at the Hemingway House and Museum. In-Time, who is a lifelong resident of the Hemingway House, enjoys a life of comfort, even if she enjoys fewer freedoms than the stray cats that live on the outside. Rooster, meanwhile, is a proud stray who prefers a life of freedom without the safeties of captivity.
